Kickboxing will give you an all over body workout. It’s mentally tough as well as physically. Every lesson will involve
cardio workouts and the training of kicking, punching and boxing techniques. You are asked to work as hard as you
can so varying fitness levels are more than welcome. Read more about fitness lessons.
Lesson Time: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Price: £4 per session or £6 for Monday and Wednesday*.
*Please note this is non-refundable if you do not attend the following lesson.
